Come into the office and meet Dr. Mike. He’ll perform a movement-based assessment, collect your detailed history, and map out exactly what it will take to get you from where you are to where you want to be. You’ll leave with a clear picture of the problem and a plan to fix it.

This is where we get to work. Your first treatment session follows our 3-phase approach: Activation, Stabilization, and Integration.

"Dr Mike has absolutely changed my perspective and the way I live and go about my daily life since starting my rehab program with him 4 months ago. Chronic pain in my lower back and hips plagued me for over 10 years and I essentially “learned to live with it”. This allowed me to learn the techniques correctly and allowed my body to adapt correctly before proceeding into the latter stages of strength training.
It has truly been a blessing and has help me completely transform my back pain and hip flexibility. I feel like I have the tools now to continue through the rest of my life creating healthy habits for my back pain.
There are plenty of quicker fix options that can help alleviate pain temporarily, but if you want sustained pain management and the tools to learn how to treat yourself after your program, I can’t recommend Dr Mike or Functional Chiropractic and Rehab enough.
